There is this connection between writing (written on our hearts) and being living epistles that I think we randomly overlook. We need to give it more thought, and I believe we would come know who we are, how God sees us, even more. Who are we really?
The only letter of recommendation we need is you yourselves. Your lives are a letter written in our hearts; everyone can read it and recognize our good work among you. – 2 Corinthians 3:2
I think it is pretty amazing that as our hearts are written on, we can then be letters that others can read. We are like one long loving journal from God’s heart.
LaVonne as I started reading the first few lines of your comments my mind was drawn to that passage in Corinthians that I had done a word-filled Wednesday post some time ago about our lives being a recommendation. Then I read further and see you had quoted that same passage. Once again you have managed to leave with more to think about.
