Hola Friends! How did Friday get here so fast? It’s been a rather busy week and now once again it’s time to share my roundup of five interesting reads in this week’s edition of The Friday Five.
Sarah’s article, Are You Letting the Numbers Deflate You, does a good job of highlighting why where we are is good enough and instead of focusing on the number she encourages readers to let “connection, creation, and expression” be our ultimate aim.
I think most of us can relate to Anne’s post On Risk and Vulnerability. She shares about shame triggers and I liked her choice of words when she says a true vulnerability hangover.
One that made stop and really examine myself was Kasey’s Entangled in the Threads of Our Making. She shares how we often live our lives with crutches.
In many ways I can relate to Brian’s Losing Ourselves Along the Way. Have you ever gotten busy with the responsibilities or expected of life only to look back and wonder how you manage to get off course.
I discovered Kalley’s Importance of Letting when she linked up last week. In it she reminds us all that sometimes we are called to let good things go.
What have you been reading this week?

It’s one of the highlights of my blogging week Denise. I can’t wait to I have a moment to read your post the title really intrigues me. In this world we place so much on large that we often think of small as being insignificant.

Hey Wanda…some reads this week. I think I need to read Brian’s post.
Hope to be blogging again soon. In just a couple of weeks I will be taking on the role of homemaker.
Looking to restore balance and order to our out of control lives.
Wanda says
Wishing you all the best as you make the transition Susan. Balance is something I need more as well.
