As you may have noticed Iโm late in posting my A-Z Challenge post for the letters L & M. So rather than call it a quits I will lunge ahead by playing catch-up. While I have been absent in blogland the past three days, I have been out creating lasting memories at Lackland Airforce Base in San Antonio, TX. I am so proud of my nephew who completed basic training.

blessings….
Please extend my congratulations to your nephew. May it be all he wants/expects it to be and he in turn be all he can be and more.
Peace.

Thank you Rhaspody!
I’d say you have a pretty darn good excuse to be behind. And you’re not really all that behind anyway. You have a good reason to be proud of your nephew. I feel proud too.

I think so too. Although I wouldn’t have been behind if I had actually pre-written my A-Z posts but I didn’t choose that path.
I didn’t write my posts ahead either…I planned the topic for most of them but have changed more than a few–so you’re not the only one! ๐
Hi Shelly, glad to know I’m not the only way going with the flow ๐
Wanda, congratulations to your nephew and family. Memories, so very powerful to remind us of how important they are, how important it is to embrace and celebrate moments and keep them in our hearts.
Thank you, LaVonne. Those moments spent on the base will be forever etched in my mind.
What a handsome young man he is!
Will you please thank him on my behalf for his dedication to serving our country? Our prayers are with all the people who do so much for us. Freedom is a precious gift – one that we must never take for granted. And I so appreciate those who choose to serve in the military –
GOD BLESS you all – and GOD BLESS AMERICA!
Thanks Sharon, I certainly have a renewed sense of appreciation for all of the many families who sacrifice for our freedom.
Aw! Such wonderful memories Wanda, thank you for sharing them with us.
Congratulations to your nephew and may
God bless him as he continues the next stage of his training.

Thank you Carole
Congrats to you and your family. We all appreciate your nephew for his choice to help keep us safe. Many blessings to him. I did miss you and glad you are back. No pressure, remember this is suppose to be fun!
Thanks for that reminder Debra. It’s seems this year I feeling more pressure with the challenge than fun. Don’t feel as if I’m giving it my best effort.
What a great way to catch up–combining two letters!
AND–congratulations and God’s blessings to your nephew–our country is blessed to have men and women willing to serve.
Love your blog and will be checking back!
Good one, combining letters like that. I wanted to combine L-P since that’s how the ABC song goes…H I J K LMNOP! At least that’s what I thought as a child!
Congratulations to your nephew!
You are so right they do get group together in the ABC song.
Congratulations to your nephew! What a creative way to kill 2 birds er letters with one stone. I wonder how much of the alphabet one could get through doing this : ). Found you A to Z and have bookmarked.
Hi Jody, it was the best effort I could come up with at the moment ๐
