Can it really be Friday already? How the individual days can drag but the week speed along amazes me. Unless you are new around these parts, you know Friday is home to The Friday Five at The Watered Soul. Each week I like to share five inspiring posts I have come across during my week that really encouraged, educated, or inspired me. It’s just a snippet of a few of the blogs I read. Although, my nose has been glued to the Kindle App on my Samsung Tab reading Packing Light in my free time this week.

How do you begin to understand at the tender age of 8, why the eyes that look like yours and the fair skin like yours and the wide nose like yours, is touching you in places Mom told you should never be touched; by a man you call Daddy? –Stacy Earl from Women Walking With Jesus – Overcomer
It takes faith to put yourself out there. It takes faith to put words on the paper (or in this case the computer screen) and hit publish. There are many times in our lives when God will call us to go somewhere or do something that is completely out of our comfort zone, or beyond our understanding. Too many times we miss out on these amazing opportunities because we are unwilling to move…or let Him move through us!
