I don’t know about you but I tend go through this up and down season with Pinterest. There are times I pin quite a bit and other times I hardly visit the site at all. There is plenty of eye candy to behold on the lovely site. Recently I was scrolling through Pinterest and I came across C O O K I E S.
Who doesn’t appreciate a good cookie?
(I know, I know Pinterest is plagued with full of recipes and fashion pins so it’s no big surprise that I would find cookies)
Chocolate chip cookies happen to be my favorite kind.
But I must make a confession. Most of the recipes and crafts I pin I NEVER get around to making.
But when I came across these Banana Chocolate Chip Breakfast Cookies by Sally’s Baking Addiction, I decided to break my pinning only streak and give them a try since I had some over ripe bananas on hand.

I did slightly veer off from her recipe by using peanut butter and honey instead of almond butter and maple syrup as directed. They turned out yummy and the banana wasn’t overwhelming unlike some other cookies I tried making before with just oatmeal and bananas.
How about you what is your latest treasured Pinterest find?
Those cookies look delicious, Wanda, and the idea of cookies for breakfast certainly caught my interest! I have never really gotten into Pinterest, mainly because I am not a crafty person, nor do I enjoy cooking or baking. I find myself on Etsy more often, because I love to “window shop”.
There are lots of treasures to find on Etsy. One can definitely get lost there.
